Basic maintenance services include:

•  Plumbing Check — Check faucets, toilets, visible pipes, under-sink plumbing, and minor leaks
•  Electrical Check — Check outlets, switches, light fixtures, and GFCI outlets
• A/C & Heating Check — Basic system operation check, thermostat check, filter inspection, and visible HVAC components
•  Smoke & CO Detectors — Test detectors and check batteries
•  Toilet Maintenance — Check running toilets, flappers, fill valves, and minor leaks
•  Faucet Maintenance — Check dripping faucets, loose handles, and aerators
•  Drain Check — Check slow-running sinks, tubs, and showers
• Doors & Hardware — Adjust loose handles, hinges, cabinet doors, and other minor hardware
•  Caulking Check — Inspect minor caulking around sinks, tubs, showers, and other common areas
•  General Home Maintenance — Minor adjustments and preventative maintenance throughout the home
